- I have a 1979 C20 and they originally replaced the windshield for a cost that was absolutely below their competition. At the time, the person who came out, a Mr. Ryan, told me they'd order a fitting for the windshield since mine didn't have it, so I paid only for the windshield that time. It was cheap and they came out the second time, I only paying the thirty odd bucks for the fitting. Few days later (the day before this review), I noticed a crack forming at the corner of my windshield. I called up and talked to their manager (he's the one who picked up, nice guy!) and asked them about it and at no charge to me they came out the very next morning to check on it. It turns out the windshield was defective and they replaced it at absolutely no cost to me. Ryan and his teammate were professional and extremely polite, even showing me how to take off the windshield wiper bars for my year model safely and effectively (something I didn't even realize!). I fully expect to continue doing business with them as I continue my restoration on my vehicle and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! - These guys are awesome. They came to my house before I left for work and hooked me up w/ a brand new windshield that was an OEM part (made by the same manufacturer that the car company uses) for over $200 LESS than the BMW dealer was offering! Ryan and Cody were both totally professional and pleasant. If you're in the Atlanta area and you need glass for your car, i would def recommend Universal Auto Glass ?
